A half day MBTI Step 1 session was held for the whole team. This was interactive and fun and designed with the team of personal trainers in mind! The activites were related to the core business of Motive8 helping them to apply the learning instantly.

And so the relationship was forged....

The team found MBTI invaluable and so we designed a questionnaire using the concepts of MBTI to be given to all new personal training clients to help trainers ensure that clients meet goals and remain motivated. We have also just started a programme called 'developing leaders within Motive8'. This is a bespoke programme using action learing to help develop the leadership team to move Motive8 forward and ramain successful.
